Who was this created for?
Leaders just like you. MDRT has long set the standard for excellence in life insurance and financial services, but there has been a more-recent demand from our members for dedicated development opportunities specific to field and home office leaders. We’ve heard you, and that’s what we’re delivering with MDRT Global Services.
In a survey to field and home office leaders, 57% responded that MDRT “helps financial professionals to increase and/or maintain their production levels.” They understand the value of MDRT and are looking for ways to instill that culture within their own teams. MDRT Global Services was created to do just that.

When is this available?
Today! MDRT Global Services officially launched in January 2021, and we are currently accepting applications for membership. As we work to build the premier leadership development association within our profession, we are launching with a two-year pilot program. Pilot membership is complimentary for the full two years in exchange for your regular feedback on the association and our offerings.
Where will this thought leadership come from?
MDRT’s membership includes the most accomplished professionals within our field, and we are bringing their expertise to our MDRT Global Services members. In the survey, 94% of respondents claimed that MDRT “facilitates the sharing of knowledge among financial professionals,” and we are excited to extend this philosophy to those in leadership roles with MDRT Global Services. Connecting with others in a similar role, you’ll have a chance to learn tips and best practices from those actually using them daily and succeeding at the highest level.
Learn from leaders like Marilou L. Dela Cruz-Romero, a 33-year MDRT member who shares how her weekly “empowerment sessions” develop stronger, more connected teams.
